It's for someone who's already living and working in it. \nHow You’ll Make an Impact: \nOwn end-to-end design across multiple product areas - from zero to shipped \nUse AI tools daily to move faster, prototype smarter, and go further than traditional workflows allow \nBuild independently when needed - prototypes, working flows, even production-ready work \nPartner closely with product managers, engineers, and data to make decisions quickly and ship with conviction \nRaise the bar on craft - not just what looks good, but what actually works for customers \nMentor other designers and help the team level up in an AI-native way of working \nWhat You Bring: \n10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio\nBachelor’s or Master's degree in a design-related filed, computer science, or human-computer interaction\nYou use AI tools in your actual workflow - not as a demo, but as a daily driver \nBonus if you vibe-code, prototype in code, or have shipped something you built yourself \nStrong instincts for what makes a product feel right, not just look right\nExperience in a fast-moving environment where the roadmap changes and you adapt \nFigma fluency is a given; what matters more is what you do beyond it \nBonus: B2B/SaaS product experience \nBonus: HTML/CSS or front-end chops \nBonus: Experience designing AI products or workflows \nLocation\n This is a hybrid role based in our Palo Alto HQ. We collaborate in-office 3 days a week. \nBase Salary\n The range for this role is $175K - $200K.
