It's about rethinking how IT operates.\nYou'll play a key role in building an AI first, service led IT function, improving how we manage internal technology, support our people and automate everyday processes.\nWorking within a small, high impact team, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, influence our technology roadmap and help us move from reactive support towards smarter, more proactive IT operations.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn and improve our IT operations\nAct as a senior escalation point for complex IT incidents, requests and technical challenges, taking ownership through to resolution.\nHelp maintain secure, reliable and scalable internal technology systems.\nApply ITIL best practices across incident, change, problem and service management.\nImprove service performance, documentation, operational processes and the overall employee experience.\nWork closely with the wider IT team to balance daily support with longer term engineering projects.\nBuild smarter systems through AI and automation\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows across IT.\nDesign and implement AI powered solutions that improve service delivery, productivity and operational efficiency.\nImprove employee onboarding, offboarding, access management and software lifecycle processes.\nUse APIs, integrations, scripting and automation tools to connect systems and remove unnecessary manual work.\nExplore emerging AI technologies and turn promising ideas into practical solutions, with appropriate security and governance.\nThink like a product owner\nTake ownership of specific IT services and capabilities, from identifying problems through to delivering improvements.\nWork with stakeholders to understand their needs and prioritise improvements based on business impact.\nBuild and maintain clear roadmaps and project backlogs.\nMeasure the success of improvements through service quality, efficiency, reliability and employee experience.\nLead technical changes, migrations and improvements with clear communication, risk management and planning.\nCollaborate across Typeform\nPartner with Security, People, Finance, Procurement and Engineering to deliver secure and effective technology solutions.\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical colleagues.\nShare knowledge, improve documentation and support the development of other IT team members.\nHelp create a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and experimentation.\nWhat you'll bring\nStrong experience in corporate IT engineering, systems engineering or IT service management within a modern SaaS or technology company.\nITIL certification and practical experience applying ITIL principles across incident, change, problem and service management.\nProven experience troubleshooting complex issues across corporate IT systems, identity, access, devices, applications and integrations.\nStrong hands on experience with modern IT environments, particularly Apple devices, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack and Atlassian.\nExperience building automation using APIs, scripting, integrations or workflow automation tools.\nPractical experience using AI to improve IT operations, support processes or internal productivity.\nExperience improving employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, provisioning and access management.\nStrong problem solving skills and the ability to take ownership of technical challenges from investigation through to resolution.\nA product mindset, with experience prioritising improvements, managing stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.\nNice to have\nExperience designing AI driven IT workflows or introducing AI into internal service operations.\nFamiliarity with AI agents, intelligent workflow orchestration and knowledge management systems.\nExperience integrating HR, identity, finance, asset management and IT service platforms.\nExperience building internal tooling, dashboards or operational reporting.\nExposure to security, compliance, endpoint management and IT governance.\nExperience leading technology migrations or large internal systems improvement projects.\n*Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered experiences across the globe.
