Come join the frontier.\nAbout the role\nYou’ll build and own the data infrastructure and internal tooling that support our engineering, analytics, and business teams. You’ll work across ingestion, storage, transformations, and access controls, helping make our data reliable and easy to use.\nResponsibilities include:\nBuild and maintain data pipelines, infrastructure, and internal tools\n\nSupport data transformations, analytical models, and BI workflows\n\nManage data access and permissioning\n\nImprove reliability, performance, and data quality\n\nWork with teams across the company to understand and support their data needs\n\nWe expect that you\nHave experience in data engineering, infrastructure, or backend systems\n\nAre familiar with Kafka, ClickHouse, a data orchestrator such as Dagster or Airflow, and similar technologies\n\nAre comfortable with SQL, data transformations, and permissioning\n\nUnderstand how data infrastructure supports BI and analytics\n\nTake ownership, collaborate well, and adapt to changing requirements\n\nAre excited about our mission and working on a small team\n\nWe are hoping that you\nHave built and operated large-scale, production data systems\n\nHave experience building internal tools and supporting analytics\n\nHave worked on a team with strong engineering standards\n\nAre familiar with AI and its practical applications\n\nLife at TypeSafe\nWe’re a small, flat, close-knit team working to make intelligence dependable enough to become part of everyday software.
