Key duties include alerting appropriate personnel to adjust processes, identifying and isolating non-conforming products, and reporting findings to management. Additional assignments may be assigned as needed.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nEducation: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.\nExperience: Minimum of +1-year experience in a meats industry required or other QA meat processing type experience.\nCommunication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nSpecial Skills: The candidate must possess the ability to accurately complete Tyson paperwork and demonstrate leadership skills to effectively motivate the hourly workforce. Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in math and organizational abilities. The candidate should be able to read and interpret product specifications accurately and perform well under stress.
