This role partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to coordinate customer planning, develop compelling selling stories, and ensure teams are prepared for key customer engagements.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nSupports customer strategy development and execution in partnership with Sales and Sales Strategy & Execution.\nCoordinates key customer initiatives, including Top-to-Tops, Joint Growth Plans, and Quarterly Business Reviews.\nManages planning, content development, timelines, and cross-functional coordination for key customer meetings.\nDevelops customer-facing presentations, selling stories, and sales tools to support customer engagement and growth.\nPartners with Category Management, Marketing, Analytics, Innovation, and Poultry Business Units to incorporate relevant insights and business priorities into customer materials.\nPrepares leadership and Sales teams for key customer meetings through coordinated research, content, and meeting materials.\nSupports retail conferences and other strategic customer engagements.\nCollaborates across businesses and functions to deliver cohesive OneTyson customer stories.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to develop clear, compelling customer-facing presentations.\nStrong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nProficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI and Canva preferred.\nRequirements:\nEducation:\nBS or BA degree in business-related program or equivalent combination of education and business experience.\nExperience:\n3 plus years professional business experience\nstrong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to articulate business intelligence.\nRetail industry experience is a plus.\nPerson must be detail-oriented and a highly-skilled project manager able to manage several projects at one time.\nComputer Skills:\nIntermediate skills with computer especially with PowerPoint and Excel; \nKnowledge of the Tyson Business Computer Systems is preferred.\nCommunication Skills:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills required.\nTravel:\nUp to 5 domestic trips per year\nAll professional team members are expected to demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including safeguarding sensitive information, adhering to company policies, and validating AI-generated outputs.
