Pay is $17.95 per hour PLUS an additional $2 per hour shift differential.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n· Monitor and maintain cooler inventory.\n· Rotate products using FIFO methods.\n· Stage product for production start-up.\n· Manage rework inventory and requests.\n· Identify products using rack tag systems.\n· Assist with product placement and movement.\n· Maintain housekeeping and organization.\n· Follow all safety, food safety, and quality policies.\nWorking Conditions\n· Work in refrigerated environments.\n· Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.\n· Exposure to noise, wet floors, and powered equipment.\nQualifications\n· Ability to work safely in cold conditions.\n· Knowledge of inventory rotation practices.\n· Strong teamwork and communication skills.\nRequired Training and Certifications\n· Buddy system training as required.\n· Powered Industrial Truck License as required.\n· Monthly safety training participation.\nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE)\n· Hearing protection.\n· Steel-toed slip-resistant footwear.\n· Required gloves, sleeves, hairnet, and beard net.\nPhysical Requirements\n· Ability to lift, move, push, and pull product safely.\n· Frequent standing and walking.\n· Ability to work around storage racks and material handling equipment.\nSafety Expectations\nMust follow Tyson Foods safety procedures, maintain situational awareness around equipment and traffic, use proper ergonomic techniques, wear required PPE, and report hazards immediately.\nRequirements:\n180 days wait period from last termination date,\n3X rule (candidates cannot have worked for Tyson 3X before)\n\nRelocation Assistance Eligible:\nNoWork Shift:\n3RD SHIFT (United States of America)Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
