Unload trucks as necessary.\nEquipment Operation: Operate batching, pelleting, and grinding systems. Must unchoke mills when they have a plugged situation.\nSystem Management: Operate computerized pelleting and batching systems to batch, pellet, and route finished feed based on run schedules.\nQuality Assurance: Obtain and run quality analysis on required incoming ingredients. Must keep the mill floor and micro bin tops clean.\nLoading Operations: Operate loading equipment to ensure the correct feed type is loaded and sent to the correct farm.\nTask Flexibility: Organize and prioritize tasks throughout the day to adapt to changing demands.\nInventory Management: Take feed bin inventory as needed. When the elevator is down, you must be able to climb 157 feet to take inventory daily.\nEnvironment:\nEnvironmental Adaptability: Work in various environments, including hot, dry, dusty, wet, and cold conditions with heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather.\nStanding or walking up to 100% of the time.\nEquipment:\nSafety is always FIRST with Tyson Foods, and at Tyson all Team Members are expected to practice safety standards, policies, and procedures.
