Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels. These positions could work in any department of this meat processing facility and include sanitizing equipment.\nPhysical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.\nMust be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs \nThe Team Member will stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach as required in all areas \nThe Team Member will stand 8-10 hours on hard floors \nThe Team Member will perform repetitive motions as required in many areas \nThe Team Member will work in a cold environment in the mid 30 degrees Fahrenheit \nThe Team Member and a damp environment \nThe Team Member will work on slippery walking surfaces \nRequirements:\nMust have 3 months of work experience with the same employer listed on application. \n3 months of Machine Operator experience in a manufacturing setting preferred \nApplicants will be considered for Operator level openings. Leveling (pay) is determined based on availability of relevant labor level job.
