This position is responsible for supervising and planning the execution of cost effective and timely maintenance necessary for the operation of all equipment processes required by the Processing Maintenance and Refrigeration departments.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDirecting, coordinating, and supporting maintenance supervisors and personnel.\nWorking with contractors, vendors or company engineering in the modification or installation of equipment troubleshooting.\nResolving new and or different technical problems regarding equipment processes.\nEfficiently managing maintaining highly automated systems including PLCs, HMIs, and Robotics.\nCoordinating maintaining the maintenance training program for maintenance Team Members.\nAssisting in preparing and overseeing budgets.\nCoordinating Team Member work schedules and ensuring all parts and assets necessary to perform maintenance are available and maintained.\nProviding information for managerial decision making; and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience: 5 plus years of maintenance supervisor experience or project management required.\nComputer Skills: Standard computer skills.\nCommunication Skills: Good communication skills; ability to direct the workforce with clear and precise directions.\nSpecial Skills: Considerable knowledge of mechanical electrical hydraulics refrigeration automation and maintenance training skills preferred. Display sound judgment; make sound decisions; organizational skills; ability to accept and delegate responsibility.\nSupervisory: Responsible for supervising a group of maintenance supervisors and our personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.\nTravel: 1 - 5 trips per year.\nAll professional team members are expected to demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including safeguarding sensitive information, adhering to company policies, and validating AI-generated outputs. Individual Contributors should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI into daily work, improve efficiency through AI-enabled solutions, evaluate outputs critically, and apply professional judgment when using AI.
