- Take on app builds across the portfolio, progressing into more complex, connected work as skills develop.
- Help clear the current backlog of requested apps and features so the team can respond faster to time-sensitive requests.
- Serve as a point of contact for end-user questions and feedback across R&D teams.
Business Operations & Reporting Support
- Support tracking of project status, resource allocation, and workload distribution across R&D initiatives.
- Help maintain reporting and dashboards that give leadership visibility into ongoing work across the portfolio.
- Assist in coordinating recurring business reviews and standard reporting cadences.

- Training Program Development & Coordination
- Build out training content and materials for R&D training initiatives.
- Build and maintain intake forms and coordination tools supporting R&D programs.
- Support completion tracking and logistics for training initiatives hosted on Haystack.
- Program Support & Special Projects
- Support ad hoc and strategic projects assigned through the R&D function.
- Produce clear, exec-ready decks, summaries, and tracking tools that support leadership decision-making.
- Coordinate across IT, Finance, HR, and R&D sub-functions as needed to move projects forward.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; field of study open.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in program management or digital operations support. Food/CPG experience not required.
- Special Skills:
- • Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to build apps, create content, and synthesize information without needing to write code from scratch.
- • Strong program/project coordination skills across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
- • Clear written and verbal communication; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- • High learning agility - willing and able to pick up more technical build work over time.
