The role focuses on safety compliance, occupational health management, hazard identification, training execution, and maintaining EHS systems to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance for stable production operations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCollect and investigate safety incidents including PSIF, near-misses, first-aid cases, and recordable injuries; track corrective and preventive actions and maintain incident records.\nConduct routine hazard inspections in workshops, ammonia refrigeration areas, and hazardous chemical zones; follow up on corrective actions.\nAssist in organizing and implementing emergency response drills (fire, ammonia leakage, confined space, evacuation, environmental incidents).\nDeliver safety training programs, including onboarding safety education; maintain training records and documentation.\nIdentify occupational health hazards and supervise implementation of preventive measures; track employee health status and physical examinations.\nMaintain and update EHS laws, regulations, and internal compliance requirements; support internal compliance reviews.\nSupport safety culture initiatives across the site.\nEducation:\nCollege diploma or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.\nWork Experience: \nMinimum 3 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in meat processing or ammonia refrigeration industries preferred.\nLicensure, Registration and/or Certification:\nRegistered Safety Engineer Certificate (required).\nSpecial Job Competencies:\nKnowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements\nRisk assessment capability\nIncident investigation methodology\nRegulatory knowledge\nAbility to deliver safety training and communicate effectively\nBasic documentation and record management skills\nEnglish proficiency is preferred but not required\nSupervisory:\nNo supervisory responsibility.\nTravel:\nNot applicable.\nRelocation Assistance Eligible:\n否Work Shift:\nTransfer of Standard Working Hours to Time Off（China）The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.\nTyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
