This includes:\nDirecting, coordinating, and supporting maintenance personnel \nWorking with contractors, vendors, or company engineering in the modification or installation of equipment \nTroubleshooting and resolving new and or different technical problems regarding equipment.\nMaintaining relevant records and ensuring OSHA standards and programs are implemented \nInstructing in the use of personal protective equipment; and implementing new ways of improving ergonomics within the facility. \nMaintaining compliance with Process, Safety Management, Standards. \nSkill development of team members. \nHigh Pressure Boiler, Compressed Air System, Hot Water Generation, and HVAC systems management and maintenance\nCoordinating Team Member schedules handling time and attendance records holding monthly safety meetings and performing other responsibilities as assigned. \nREQUIREMENTS: (It is highly recommended that you attach a resume in word or PDF format.)\nEducation: Education beyond high school including special training vocational school and or college courses. Completion of the Tyson Level 8 training in the MT or ERT program is preferred.\nExperience: 3 plus years experience in Industrial Maintenance preferred. Experience with Anhydrous Ammonia, Mechanical Refrigeration, and High-Pressure Boiler maintenance and management is preferred.\nComputer Skills: Elementary computer skills; for example checking electronic mail entering data into document templates or creating simple queries.\nTravel: 1 to 5 trips per year.\nSupervisory Skills: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.\nAll professional team members are expected to demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including safeguarding sensitive information, adhering to company policies, and validating AI-generated outputs. Individual Contributors should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI into daily work, improve efficiency through AI-enabled solutions, evaluate outputs critically, and apply professional judgment when using AI.
