Supervisor - Quality Assurance
Job Details:
1.Process Management: Oversee the execution of production processes, manufacturing techniques, and food safety systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP) to ensure critical control points are met and product quality is fully compliant.
2.Non-conformance & Customer Complaint Management: Lead investigations into quality incidents and customer complaints. Develop Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), track and verify the effectiveness of the actions, and reduce the recurrence of similar issues.
3.Quality Data Analysis: Collect and analyze online quality monitoring data. Propose improvement measures for quality fluctuations or potential risks to drive continuous product quality enhancement.
4.Internal & External Audits: Organize and manage internal and external food quality assessments. Coordinate preparation efforts and provide comprehensive support to ensure successful audit outcomes.
5.On-site GMP Control: Conduct internal GMP evaluations and daily hygiene inspections at the plant. Summarize and analyze inspection results, track corrective actions, and identify potential food safety hazards.
6.New Product & Standard Review: Participate in the review of product manufacturing processes, product specifications, and packaging artwork to ensure new products meet all quality and regulatory requirements.
7.Team Management: Manage the daily operations, performance evaluations, and professional training of the online QA team to enhance overall execution capabilities and quality awareness.
