This position plays a key role in ensuring data integrity while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollect and record production, inventory, quality, and operational data accurately and timely \nVerify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission \nEnter data into designated computer systems, spreadsheets, or reporting tools \nMonitor production processes and record observations, counts, and variances \nCommunicate data discrepancies, trends, or issues to supervisors or management \nMaintain organized records and documentation in accordance with plant requirements \nSupport audits, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives as requested \nWork closely with Production, Quality, Inventory, and Shipping departments \nFollow all plant safety rules, OSHA regulations, and company policies \nMaintain confidentiality and integrity of operational data \nPerform other duties as assigned \nPhysical Demands and Work Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk throughout the shift as required \nAbility to move between production, warehouse, and office areas \nAbility to bend, reach, and perform light physical tasks as needed \nAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment with varying temperatures, noise, and odors \nUse of required personal protective equipment (PPE) \nWork Schedule\nMust be available to work assigned shifts \nOvertime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on operational needs \nSafety and Compliance Commitment\nThe Data Collector is expected to maintain a safe work environment and comply with all company policies, food safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
