Can be a combination of employers as long as it is within the past 12 months or your application will not be reviewed.\nJack Driver Operator\nJob Description Summary\nThe Jack Driver Operator is responsible for safely operating electric or manual pallet jacks to move, stage, and position materials, ingredients, and finished products throughout the plant. This position supports efficient product flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies, food safety standards, and procedures in a fresh food manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafely operate electric and/or manual pallet jacks to transport materials and products \nMove raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods to designated areas \nStage pallets for production, storage, or shipping as directed \nVerify product identification, quantities, and pallet condition prior to movement \nMaintain continuous product flow to support production and shipping operations \nInspect pallet jacks before use and report equipment issues promptly \nMaintain clear and safe travel paths in production, warehouse, and dock areas \nFollow traffic patterns, pedestrian safety rules, and right-of-way procedures \nAssist with general material handling and warehouse tasks as needed \nComplete required documentation or system entries accurately \nMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areas \nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements \nComply with OSHA regulations and Tyson safety policies \nPerform other duties as assigned \nFresh Plant Environment Expectations\nSupport movement of raw and fresh products in temperature-controlled environments \nAdhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and contamination prevention standards \nWear required PPE, including gloves, hairnets, and protective footwear \nWork in cold, wet, or humid conditions typical of a fresh plant environment \nPhysical Demands and Work Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods \nAbility to push, pull, and maneuver loaded pallet jacks \nAbility to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks \nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance \nAbility to work in cold, wet, or humid conditions typical of a fresh plant environment \nWork Schedule\nMust be available to work assigned shifts \nOvertime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on operational needs \nSafety and Compliance Commitment\nThe Jack Driver Operator is expected to maintain a safe work environment and comply with Tyson policies, food safety requirements, OSHA regulations, and plant procedures.
