Pay is $18.90 PLUS $2.00 sift differential.

MUST have a valid State Driver's License. Motor Vehicle Requirement (18 years of age, valid state driver's license, and no DUI/DWI’s within the last 12 months). Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively. • Job Description: Rendering Operator/Driver

  This position is responsible for operating and tending processing equipment, including cooking tanks, expellers, presses, dryers, grinders, auxiliary pumps, and conveyors, to render and process offal for use in plant and animal food products. The position monitors equipment performance, maintains production flow, records required data, and performs routine cleaning and sanitation activities.

  This position is also responsible for operating company vehicles as required to transport materials and support departmental operations. Must be able to safely operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.

  Additional responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, following all Tyson policies and procedures, adhering to food safety and quality standards, and performing other duties as assigned by management.

  Physical Requirements:

  Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 70 pounds or more.

  Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

  Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot, cold, wet, and dusty environments.

  Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

  Valid driver's license may be required for positions involving operation of company vehicles.
