As a Venture Development Intern, you will be collaborating closely with our Founders and our Founders Associate, shaping our startup's growth across venture development, sales, and strategy. Gain unique insights into building and scaling up a startup.\nYour roadmap to make an impact\nExtend the business side of our founding team, supporting across multiple areas such as business development, sales, and strategy\n\nConduct market and competitor research to inform strategic decisions\n\nHelp define and improve internal processes as we scale\n\nTake ownership of your projects that drive real company progress\n\nCollaborate on communications and branding efforts\n\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics or related field\n\nGained first professional experience, preferably in consulting, VC or Startup\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities\n\nExcellent communication and coordination skills\n\nProficiency in Office Software or equivalent tools\n\nFluent in both German and English\n\nMinimum availability of 4 months\n\nWhy
