Each group meets twice weekly.) \nManage junior facilitator teams of university interns and adult volunteers \nProvide administrative and logistical support for KH related activities \nParticipate in and engage interns in regular pre- and post- group session briefings \nEngage with parents, partner organizations and service providers of children on a regular and as needed basis \nOversee, maintain and regularly review post session group, family, partner organisations and allied child services notes \nManage KH spaces, program inventory, ensuring all materials, resources, and environments are organised, safe and ready to support weekly sessions. \nCo-curate, plan and execute KH activities aligned with KH’s philosophy and goals \nInterview, screen, evaluate and provide regular individual reviews and 6 monthly-performance reports to KHIP interns \nCo-monitor KHIP internship project deliverables \nLiaise with procurement and finance executives on billing and financial matters. \nJointly oversee and execute operational workflow of both KH and KHIP programs \nKeep Chief of Psychological Services informed and updated of operations, reminders and schedules relating to KH and KHIP \nUndertake additional roles and responsibilities, assigned by management. \nApplicant requirements:\nMinimum of Bachelor’s degree in any field from accredited program - Psychology, Social Work or related fields, preferred \n1-2 years of work experience in programme management, community engagement, or any other relevant work/ 1-2 years of work experience in client-facing roles, programme management, community engagement, or any other relevant work \nPossess strong interest, ease and ability in effectively engaging children and families, have experience and enjoy interacting with children, their families, teachers and community partners, comfortable with handling challenging presenting behaviours \nPotential candidates must possess emotional maturity, self-awareness, composure and presence even in challenging situations, be emotionally healthy and be able to cope with the demands of the role \nPossess the ability to interact effectively with young adult co-leaders and work in team settings \nMust be prepared and open to learning new skills relevant to working with children, i.e. behaviour management and effective communication skills, etc. \nPossess good observational skills, attention to detail, creativity & analysis skills \nCapacity for independent work with minimal supervision, self-starter \nProficient in verbal and written communication \nAble to commit to evening hours and some regular weekend
