In this role, you act as a technical product expert, ensuring customers receive the product knowledge, design-in guidance, and support they need to succeed. You also serve as the voice of the customer by gathering and communicating technical feedback to highlight issues, identify improvements, and contribute to evolving product requirements.\nSuccess in this position requires understanding of both software (reference code, embedded software, support tools and libraries) and hardware design concepts (digital and analog). Experience with GNSS technology in INR (Industrial Navigation and Robotic) market and related applications is highly valued.\nThis role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by helping customers fully leverage the performance of u-blox GNSS products, with potential for expanded responsibilities and career growth.\nYour Responsibilities\nManage customer expectations and provide high-quality on-site and remote technical support for GNSS applications and projects\nAuthor and contribute to technical product documentation, including datasheets, integration and user manuals, application notes and technical content for internal and external audiences. \nProvide customized design-in vehicles, prototype deliveries and tailored technical solutions to accelerate customer adoption of new technologies. \nAnalyse non-conformities, support root-cause investigations and contribute to corrective actions with the R&D and Quality teams. \nCollect and process customer feedback, identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements.\nProvide support from customer design-in through maintenance phases, ensuring seamless integration and maximum product value.\nHost technical trainings and workshops for Field Application Engineers and customers worldwide. \nYour Skills and Experience\nBachelor's or Master-s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. \nCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to quickly understand customer system architectures and provide expert technical support for their application. \nAbility to replicate and analyze customer related issues using support tools and laboratory equipment.\nData analysis, issue investigation, triage and follow-up, full end-to-end resolution management with internal teams and customers, including implementation of bug fixes and work-arounds. \nHands on experience with validation tools, development hardware, and test equipment.\nSelf-driven and highly organized, with excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills. \nExcellent communication skills to interface with internal subsidiaries and customers around the world\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally to support customer engagements and events. \nFluent in English; proficiency in another European or APAC language is a plus. \nBonus Points\nExperience working with the INR (Industrial Navigation and Robotic) market and related applications (e.g., timing, agricultural, machinery, avionics)\nExperience in Global Positioning Systems (GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo)\nExperience or good understanding of High Precision Technologies (RTK, PPP, PPP-RTK)\nExperience or good understanding of security standards, cybersecurity principles, and RF-based malicious attack vectors \nScripting ability (Python, Matlab, Perl)\nExperience in embedded SW debugging and embedded development platforms (emulators/debuggers)\nWhat are your perks?\nA multicultural and international company with over 60 different nationalities \nProject-based activities working with colleagues across the globe \nA start-up and innovation mindset while in the process of scaling-up processes and efficiencies \nHybrid working model & flexible working hours \nA strong learning environment and regular career discussions \nCompany Performance Bonus\nSport activities and Team events \n- and discover even more by talking with us! \nLearn more about u-blox and its mission by watching this video !\nContact\nAre you interested in this challenging position within an international work environment in a successful company?
