The ideal candidate is technically fluent in data environments and deeply understands how information is sourced, transformed, maintained, and delivered to support business outcomes.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nLeverage demonstrated SQL proficiency to analyze large, complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.\nDesign, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as PowerBI and SSRS\nCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions\nFollow existing processes and create new ones to enhance firm efficiency\nProvide support to the firm through excellent data management and analysis\nAdapt to evolving tools and technologies, proactively building proficiency in new platforms as business needs arise\nCreate and maintain positive relationships with other departments\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for reports, data flows, and business logic\nRequirements & Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role\nAdvanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation\nProven ability to work with and manage large data sets\nComfortable and experienced with reporting tools such as PowerBI and SSRS\nDemonstrate independence and initiative, with a strong track record of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.\nAdept at diagnosing complex problems, developing practical solutions, and clearly communicating findings to stakeholders at all levels.\nExperience in financial services preferred\nCompensation:\nSalary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.\nThe current estimated base salary range for this role is $10,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
