The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Please note that the salary range provided corresponds to the lowest level of the position posted.\nU.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is one of the largest providers of corporate trust services worldwide. Through 48 domestic offices and three international offices, we deliver trustee, agency, escrow, document custody, and money market issuing services to a diverse global client base.\nThe Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) and Global Structured Finance (GSF) groups are specialized divisions within Global Corporate Trust Services. These teams support structured finance vehicles that issue debt and equity securities backed by portfolios of syndicated bank loans, corporate bonds, ABS, MBS, CMBS, and mezzanine debt.\nThe CLO Reporting Analyst supports these vehicles by performing trust reporting, collateral data reconciliation, compliance testing, and investor reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same, and the role offers significant exposure to CLO and CDO products.\nEssential Functions\nRead, interpret, and apply trust indentures and related legal documents to determine reporting and compliance requirements\n\nTranslate indenture language into technical report specifications and cash flow logic\n\nSet up and maintain payment calculations and reporting structures within proprietary systems\n\nReceive, map, reconcile, and validate periodic collateral and asset activity data\n\nPerform portfolio compliance and trade testing on structured fixed income deals, as required\n\nCompile and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual investor, payment, and/or tax reports\n\nMake tax elections, apply for EINs, and track residual holder transfers when required\n\nCoordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure accurate and timely receipt and distribution of cash flows\n\nPerform quality control reviews to ensure reports meet established accuracy and timeliness standards\n\nInteract regularly with asset managers, clients, investors, auditors, rating agencies, and internal middle-office and cash administration teams\n\nLiaise with third-party administrators and internal U.S. Bank administration teams managing cash accounts\n\nProvide timely data and reporting deliverables to clients and external auditors\n\nDaily Responsibilities\nRun daily, monthly, and quarterly reports\n\nReconcile data across multiple sources and resolve exceptions\n\nSend reporting outputs and data packages to clients\n\nManage approximately 10 active deals simultaneously\n\nCommunicate via phone, email, and in-person with internal teams, clients, and external auditors\n\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience\n\nLess than two years of relevant work experience\n\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nBasic understanding of syndicated bank loans, fixed income securities, securitization structures, trading, or mutual funds\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies or exceptions\n\nEffective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills\n\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel\n\nIntermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP for reconciliation and analysis\n\nFamiliarity with CDO or structured finance systems is helpful but not required\n\nLocation Expectations \nThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
