Measures and monitors results of applied recommendations and present adjustments.\nEnsures all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience\nFour to five years of data analysis experience\nStrong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results to present insights clearly\nExperience in SQL, Python and Microsoft Suites\nPreferred Skills/Experience\nExperience in Alteryx, Microsoft Azure, Generative AI and Amazon Web Services\nExperience in banking industry, with knowledge of financial services products, customers, transactions and interaction data\nExperience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistical analysis and data visualization.\nPreferred, but not required: understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.\nAbility to develop and maintain strategic partnership with Senior Business unit management, business partners and project sponsors, as well as communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels\nStrong independent decision-making and problem-solving skills\nStrong organization and project management skills\nEffective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills\nLocation expectations: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.\nWorking Hours: Based on Polish standard time (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM), with flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings with U.S.-based colleagues.\nAccessibility\nWe are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment experience.
