Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at-all from Day One.\nJob Description\nProduct Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our human + digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs.\nThe Product Manager, AI & Workflow Transformation, will lead an Agile team supporting Global Corporate Trust (GCT), driving AI-enabled solutions that improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance stakeholder experiences. This role partners closely with business and technology teams to understand current-state processes, identify future-state opportunities, and deliver scalable product solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Serving as the product expert, this individual will own backlog management, roadmap execution, prioritization, and delivery while ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and AI-driven capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduct Strategy & Ownership\nDefine and execute the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI-related capabilities supporting GCT.\nIdentify opportunities to re-engineer business processes through AI, automation, and workflow optimization.\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather feedback, and translate requirements into scalable product solutions.\nAgile Product Leadership\nManage and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories.\nLead backlog refinement sessions, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.\nCollaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and support delivery planning.\nAI & Workflow Transformation\nDrive AI-enabled initiatives that enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.\nPartner with technology teams to deliver governed, scalable, and business-aligned AI solutions.\nSupport the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI tools, platforms, and capabilities.\nStakeholder & Adoption Leadership\nCollaborate with the Senior Product Manager to execute product strategy and communicate priorities, timelines, and outcomes.\nCoordinate user acceptance testing and validate delivered solutions meet business expectations.\nLead readiness, change management, and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities.\nBasic Qualifications:\nProduct Management experience.\nTypically, 5-10 years of experience\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nAdvanced understanding of AI technologies, tools, and models, with the ability to redesign processes leveraging AI capabilities.\nExperience creating or supporting Microsoft Copilot Agents or similar AI agent solutions preferred.\nAdvanced knowledge of Agile product development methodologies.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through delivery.\nAbility to understand and translate both technical and non-technical requirements into practical solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience within Global Corporate Trust, financial services, or other regulated industries preferred.\nIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.\nBenefits:\nOur approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
