performance\nControl labor, maintenance spending, operating costs and capital expenditures\nManage preventative maintenance, equipment availability, downtime and maintenance planning.\n Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. \nPerforms complex tasks typically following established processes. \nLeads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. \nMay independently manage a significant function or business process instead of staff. \nPrimarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.\nTypically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suites especially Excel and Word\nSolid background in Operations planning programs like JD Edwards.\nEngineering in a manufacturing background preferred or equivalent background as Operations Supervisor in a similar field.\nMust be able to handle several tasks at one time and work well with a variety of personalities in an effort to achieve continuous
