industrial environment.\nLocation: Crane, TX\nSchedule: Rotating Shift\n Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across assigned shifts or operational areas to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.\nProvide leadership, direction, and support to production employees, promoting accountability, teamwork, productivity, and a strong safety culture.\nCollaborate with the Operations Superintendent to develop, implement, and execute production plans that align with operational objectives and business priorities.\nPlan, coordinate, and schedule necessary equipment downtime and maintenance activities in collaboration with production and maintenance departments to minimize operational disruptions.\nMonitor production performance, identify operational inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to increase productivity, equipment reliability, and overall plant performance.\nCommunicate production challenges, equipment concerns, staffing needs, and operational issues to the Operations Superintendent while proactively identifying and implementing solutions.\nAssist in developing, implementing, and enforcing safety programs, procedures, and initiatives to maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.\nPromote a proactive safety culture by identifying potential hazards, addressing unsafe conditions, and ensuring employees consistently follow established safety procedures.\nOversee assigned production areas, ensuring equipment and processes operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established operating procedures.\nCoordinate with maintenance, safety, quality, and other departments to support operational continuity and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMonitor employee performance, provide coaching and guidance, and identify training and development opportunities to strengthen team capabilities.\nMaintain accurate production records, shift reports, schedules, and other operational documentation required to support business objectives.\nSupport troubleshooting efforts and assist in resolving production or equipment-related issues to reduce downtime and maintain operational efficiency.\nEnsure effective communication and coordination between rotating shifts, including accurate shift handoffs and timely reporting of operational concerns.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate required.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in production, plant operations, or a similar industrial environment, preferably within mining, aggregates, or mineral processing.\nPrevious experience providing leadership, supervision, or operational oversight in a production or industrial setting.\nStrong understanding of production processes, equipment operations, and workplace safety practices.\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and all levels of the organization.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to coordinate production schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.\nAbility to work a rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.\nAbility to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented approach.\nPreferred Qualification\nPrevious supervisory or leadership experience in mining, aggregates, sand processing, or a similar heavy industrial environment.\nWorking knowledge of Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations and mining safety requirements.\nExperience operating forklifts or other industrial equipment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and production-related computer systems.\nExperience with warehouse operations, inventory management, or material handling processes.\nAdditional technical education, vocational training, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant hands-on
