We hire at medium and senior level; scope and rate follow experience. Business Analysts lead discovery and requirements gathering; you translate documented processes into robust, maintainable workflows and own them in production.\n\nDesign solutions: Analyze business processes and recommend the right automation approach for each use case: RPA, API integration, or a hybrid.\n\nBuild and integrate: Develop and deploy automations in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots), with supporting work in Python, C#, or VB.NET, and REST API integrations to third-party systems.\n\nRelease and run: Own your automations end to end in production: monitoring, exception handling, incident resolution, maintenance, and performance optimization.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\n2+ years (medium) or 5+ years (senior) of hands-on RPA development experience\n\nStrong UiPath proficiency: Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework are required\n\nYou have taken at least one automation from PDD to stable production\n\nWorking knowledge of Python, C#, or VB.NET for custom components and integrations\n\nPractical experience with REST APIs, JSON, and common integration patterns\n\nFamiliarity with PDD/SDD documentation and structured development lifecycles\n\nUnderstanding of exception handling, logging, and production support practices\n\nProfessional English communication skills, spoken and written\nAt Senior Level, Additionally\nIncident ownership and structured client communication during hypercare and run phases\n\nReviewing solution designs and mentoring other developers\n\nNice to Have\nUiPath Certified Professional (Automation Developer Associate or Automation Developer Professional)\n\nBlue Prism or Automation Anywhere background: strong developers on these platforms who want to cross-train to UiPath are explicitly welcome to apply\n\nExperience with LLM APIs (for example Claude or OpenAI), IDP, or agentic automation components\n\nExposure to process mining or Power Automate\n\nOur Stack and How We Work\n\nUiPath: Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding (IDP), Agentic automation\n\nStructured delivery lifecycle: PDD (Process Definition Document), SDD (Solution Design Document), code review, and defined quality gates within a build-release-run delivery model\n\nRemote-first, distributed team across Europe\n\nDirect collaboration with client stakeholders in Europe\n\nWho You Are\n\nA detail-oriented builder who writes clean, reusable, and well-documented automations\n\nYou take ownership from requirements handoff through to stable production runs\n\nComfortable troubleshooting issues independently and escalating clearly when needed\n\nYou collaborate effectively with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to get the details right\n\nCurious and eager to grow into broader automation and AI engineering work over time\n\nWhy This Role Is Different\nEnd-to-end ownership: You take automations from design through build, release, and run and you see the impact of your work with the client firsthand.\n\nA real AI growth path: Our delivery increasingly combines UiPath with LLM APIs, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and agentic components.
