# Senior Process Analyst

Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton. The Senior Process Analyst is responsible for identifying, architecting, and optimizing end-to-end business processes to drive organizational agility and efficiency. The Senior Process Analyst leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that align operational workflows with the company’s strategic goals. They serve as a subject matter expert in process methodology, utilizing data-driven insights to eliminate waste and implement scalable, technology-enabled solutions. Process Architecture & Design: Map "As-Is" and "To-Be" states for complex business units, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities. Project Leadership: Lead high-impact transformation projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring changes are sustainable and measurable. Data Analysis & ROI: Quantify the impact of process changes. Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor process health and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
