工作內容
1. 帶領並管理 PE（Product Engineering）團隊，負責人員培育、工作分配與技術指導
2. 主導新產品導入（NPI）規劃，包含研發至量產階段之 SMT 製程導入
3. 負責產品於工廠端 SMT 導入過程中之問題收集、分析、追蹤與改善
4. 治工具之需求規劃、設計審查及驗收管理
5. 執行 DFM（Design For Manufacturing）分析，提出問題點改善建議以提升製造性與品質
6. 生產良率、效率與品質數據分析，推動持續改善並追蹤成效
7. 產品工程變更（ECN／ECR）之導入、執行與量產追蹤
8. 規劃並撰寫產品導入工廠相關製程 SOP 與工程文件
9. 與客戶進行技術溝通，並負責跨部門（RD、製造、品保、設備、供應商）協調合作
10. 推動製程優化與成本改善，確保產線品質、交期與效率目標達成
條件要求
1.大學(含)以上電子、電機、機械、資訊與工程相關科系畢業
2. 具備10(含)年以上產品工程相關工作經驗
3.有相關治具開發或產品工程相關工作經驗
4.熟悉電子業工廠的流程及運作
5.具備良好的抗壓及溝通協調、跨部門溝通解決問題能力
6.配合工廠生產，主管投入工時要求比較長，須能配合加班
7.TOEIC成績達550分以上水準; 會泰語尤佳
