Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence.\n The Store Operations team is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to support NAPA Corporate Stores across the GTA, Hamilton, Niagara, Cambridge and Kitchener regions. In this role, you will help ensure operational excellence, inventory accuracy, compliance with company standards, and adherence to asset management programs across the assigned territory.\nSalary Range: $58,900 - $73,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications.\nAt NAPA, we offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, corporate discounts, and ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct regular operational and asset management audits across assigned stores.\nMonitor inventory control, cash handling, returns processes, and compliance with company standards.\nProvide training and coaching to Store Managers and team members on asset management programs and best practices.\nSupport physical inventories, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions.\nAssess Health & Safety compliance and investigate potential fraud, theft, or asset-related concerns.\nPartner with Regional Management to drive operational excellence and ensure store compliance across the territory.\n 3+ years of experience in retail operations, inventory control, accounting, or a related field.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; TAMS experience is an asset.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work independently.\nValid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 70% within the assigned territory.\nUAP is a diverse community that promotes inclusion and respect.
