You are accountable for building and maintaining quality business relationships with existing and new customers by implementing National, Regional and District-level sales development initiatives and promoting NAPA auto parts and programs. The ADS contributes to keeping NAPA abreast of customer behavior, competitive threats, and market trends. You will participate in the development and refinement of sales development initiatives at the district level.\nThis is a regular full-time position and is located in Cobourg / Port Hope Ontario.\nSalary Range: $56,100 - $70,100 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.\nWe offer a competitive salary with a range of attractive benefits and corporate discounts. Collaborate with various sales teams at the regional and corporate levels\nImplement sales development plans and support District and Regional strategies and objectives re: deployment of marketing programs and promotions\nCollaborate with District Sales Manager and Store managers to develop sales development plans for growing business with existing customers in their assigned territory\nGather market intelligence and report service or product issues to assigned store managers and district sales manager\nMake pricing recommendations on accounts and assist in collections and in ensuring accounts adhere to buying conditions.\n To join our team, you need:\n2+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience, automotive aftermarket industry is an asset\nProven ability to build customer relationships, grow sales, and achieve targets.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.\nValid G driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.\n UAP is a diverse community that promotes inclusion and respect.
