You sit with our customers, build their Individual AIs, connect them to their systems, and make sure they work. What you learn in the field shapes what we build next.\nWhat you'll do\nLaunch customers. Scope, configure, and ship each deployment, from kickoff to first use.\nBuild their AIs. Turn a customer's documents, recordings, and know-how into working Individual AIs.\nConnect their systems. Wire Uare.ai into their tools, data sources, and sign-in.\nRun the sessions. Onboard each team, lead guided tests, and collect structured feedback.\nFix it fast. Debug issues on site and get the right fixes to engineering.\nBring it home. Turn repeat customer work into product features and playbooks.\nWhat we're looking for\n U.S. citizenship is required. This role supports U.S. government contracts that require it.\n3+ years as a software, solutions, or forward deployed engineer working directly with customers.\nStrong in Python or TypeScript, APIs, and data pipelines.\nHands-on with LLMs, RAG, or AI features in production.\nCalm in front of customers. You explain technical work in plain language.\nWilling to travel to customer sites, including government facilities.\nBonus\nGovernment or regulated deployments (IL5, FedRAMP, or HIPAA), ideally on Azure. An active clearance is a plus.\nCustomer-facing engineering at an AI or early-stage company.\nApply with\nOne deployment you led: the customer, what broke, and how you fixed it.
