UASI is an innovative healthcare consulting firm serving nationally recognized leaders in healthcare, and we are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to help ensure our client-facing teams are deployed efficiently, productively, and profitably across all client engagements.\nThe primary purpose of this position is to support capacity forecasting, real-time resource utilization, and staffing alignment in partnership with our Service Line Managers, HR/Recruiting, and the Resource Optimization Manager.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain real-time visibility of available staff, client assignments, and capacity across service lines\nForecast resource needs based on volume trends, renewals, new clients, scheduled PTO, turnover, and client cycles\nAlign resources to clients based on skill set, performance history, certification, access, and availability\nMonitor utilization and productivity KPIs - including overtime as a percentage of total labor hours - to support margin protection targets\nMaintain resource and skills data in QuickBase in accordance with the standardized processes\nContribute to a weekly workforce digest and monthly workforce alignment report, and participate in weekly workforce operations reviews\nIdentify staffing risks and coverage gaps proactively, and collaborate with Client Success Managers and Staffing Success Managers on improvement plans\nSupport development of a cross-service-line “flex pool” of resources eligible for deployment across engagements\nRequirements for the position include:\n2+ years of healthcare operations, resource planning, resource management, or related experience\nAnalytical skills, including resource forecasting and performance modeling\nProficiency in QuickBase or similar resource/planning tools\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nAbility to assess risk and drive proactive, data-informed decision-making\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with Coding, CDI, or revenue cycle operations\nFamiliarity with healthcare staffing models and terminology\nExperience building dashboards or reports (Power BI a plus)\nUASI provides a supportive environment that encourages professional development and enables each employee to achieve their individual goals.
