Prospecting: Conduct 100 outbound activities daily, including a minimum of 75 calls, to engage decision-makers, generate interest, and introduce the company's value proposition.\n\nLead Qualification: Identify potential clients' pain points, understand their business needs, assess their fit, and verify key decision-makers before passing qualified leads to Account Executives.\n\nMeeting Scheduling: Book and coordinate qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.\n\nCRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, call outcomes, follow-ups, and lead stages using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.\n\nPipeline Development: Consistently follow up with prospects, nurture interest, and maintain engagement to move leads through the sales funnel.\n\nSales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align outreach strategies, share market feedback, and improve messaging effectiveness.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\nNative-level English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\n3-5 years of outbound sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within technology, SaaS, or IT services.\n\nProven track record of success in high-volume outbound sales, with the ability to consistently perform at a target of 100 daily activities, including at least 75 calls.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport with prospects and decision-makers.\n\nExperience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.\n\nHighly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote or fast-paced environment.\n\nResilient,
