任职要求

【岗位介绍】：
一：data+ai方向
1、设计多模融合执行与调度优化能力，打造高性能融合计算引擎，支持 Agentic AI 多样性负载的稳定高效运行。
2、构建实时分析与批量处理协同架构，打造软硬融合分析系统，支持内置模型驱动的非结构化数据深度分析能力。
3、探索并构建 Data + AI 一体化平台架构能力，打造从存储到计算到智能使能的端到端系统，支持企业级 AI 原生数据基础设施全面落地与业务价值释放。

二：向量数据库方向
1、打造高性能、高精度、高弹性、大容量的向量数据库系统，构建面向知识检索与 AI 数据湖的一体化向量数据库引擎，打造有竞争力的Agent记忆体，支持多样化 AI 应用场景的高效落地。
2、积极探索新型向量索引算法、量化算法与异构计算加速等关键技术能力，打造业界领先的高性能向量计算引擎，支撑商业成功。
3、设计向量与标量、图、GIS、文本多模融合检索能力，打造统一多模检索引擎，支持召回率与检索性能的双重提升。
4、打造存算分离与分布式并行架构能力，突破千亿~万亿级向量实时检索、秒级弹性扩缩容技术，支持长短期记忆实时更新与实时检索能力。
