The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and supporting enterprise end-user computing environments while ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.\nKey Responsibilities\n Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including tenant configuration, policies, and governance. \n Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). \n Design and implement Conditional Access policies and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MCAS) security controls. \n Develop and maintain Microsoft Intune policies for device management, application deployment, compliance, and security. \n Support and administer SCCM/MECM environments for endpoint provisioning, software deployment, patch management, and reporting. \n Maintain and enhance Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions to improve organisational security posture. \n Administer Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments, including hybrid Exchange deployments and migrations. \n Manage Microsoft Teams, including Enterprise Voice, telephony integrations, and Poly video conferencing solutions. \n Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams adoption, configuration, and migration projects. \n Deliver tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations using industry-standard migration tools. \n Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and consistency. \n Provide third-line technical support and troubleshooting for complex end-user computing and collaboration platform issues. \n Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures. \nRequired Skills & Experience\n Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration and modern workplace technologies. \n Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, and MFA. \n Hands-on experience with Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps. \n Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management best practices. \n Experience administering SCCM/MECM environments. \n Understanding of Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) technologies and security frameworks. \n Experience managing Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and hybrid Exchange environments. \n Knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration, Enterprise Voice, and collaboration technologies. \n Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams migrations. \n Familiarity with tenant-to-tenant migration projects and associated tooling. \n Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities. \n Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. \n2-3 Days required on site in Central London\nDesirable Certifications\n Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert \n Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) \n Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) \n Microsoft Security Certifications (SC-200, SC-400, SC-100) \nThis role is ideal for an engineer passionate about delivering secure, modern, and efficient end-user computing environments while driving digital workplace transformation initiatives.\nBenefits\nWhy people choose to grow their careers at UBDS Group\nProfessionals choose to grow their careers at UBDS Group for its reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that is deeply committed to both innovation and employee development.
