Alongside this, you will provide broader Power Platform development support across the business and our client engagements.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nProvide technical support to our Managed Services team for Power Platform application tickets and issues.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Power Platform applications.\nDevelop, maintain and enhance applications using Power Apps.\nBuild and support automated workflows using Power Automate.\nWork with Dataverse and other data sources and integrations.\nDiagnose application, workflow, permissions and integration issues.\nDeliver fixes, configuration changes and application enhancements.\nSupport application releases and deployments across environments.\nWork with technical teams and stakeholders to understand issues and requirements.\nProvide wider Power Platform development support across client engagements.\nIdentify recurring issues and recommend improvements to applications and solutions.\nMaintain appropriate technical documentation.\nFollow development, testing, security and change management standards.\nThe Role\nThis is a varied role combining hands-on Power Platform development with technical application support.
