You will have a direct impact on Riders, Drivers, and the Marketplace through data-driven insights\n\nSolve key strategic problems by building and applying analytical frameworks, machine learning models and AI pipelines to advise the team on critical decisions\n\nExperiment with new AI-powered approaches to improve operations spanning demand forecasting, pricing optimization, supply-demand modeling, and rider/driver segmentation\n\nCollaborate and engage with stakeholders across functions including Operations, Marketplace, and Data Science to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations\n\nBasic Qualifications\nEnrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field\n\nAvailable to start on 1st of Feb 2027 and work full time for 3-6 months\n\nWork authorization in the UAE - No visa sponsorship is available for internships\n\nGraduation Timeline: Able to join in a full-time role (if an opportunity opens up) shortly after the internship ends\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCommunication: Using interpersonal skills and situational awareness to clearly deliver information to a variety of audiences\n\nPlanning and Organization: Setting up and maintaining systems to appropriately structure and keep track of tasks and projects\n\nProblem Solving: Effectively resolving issues through structured, hypothesis-driven thinking using data, logic, and common sense\n\nStakeholder Management: Taking time to build meaningful relationships; earning the trust of others within the organization through strong situational awareness and reliability\n\nTeamwork: Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team\n\nSkills (Must Haves):\nProficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large-scale datasets\n\nHands-on experience with Python for data wrangling, statistical analysis, and model development.
