If you are a self-starter who values ideas over hierarchy, possesses an insatiable appetite for learning, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you must make smart decisions with imperfect information, this is where you will grow.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nBuild and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to our strategic grocery and retail customers-not just managing a portfolio.\n\nNavigate ambiguity and internal complexity to unlock value for clients, serving as the go-to person to unblock processes across Product, Operations, and Legal.\n\nBring your analytical A-game to build business models and perform deep-dive analyses that provide actionable insights and track the success of key growth initiatives.\n\nDrive and support key strategic initiatives across business teams, wearing many hats to help teammates and ensure we are driving toward the best possible outcome.\n\nCommunicate clearly and negotiate confidently with C-level executives and technical leads, influencing without authority to align stakeholders on shared goals.\n\nManage pipelines and partnership lifecycles with discipline, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining a focus on the big-picture strategic impact.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\n3+ years of professional experience in client-facing roles.\n\nExperience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts.\n\nProven track record of managing complex data sets and tracking/hitting multiple OKRs.\n\nExperience in contract negotiation and managing complex partnerships.\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience within the Grocery, CPG, or Retail industries.\n\nProficiency in using data to influence decisions, with a plus for SQL or advanced Google Sheets skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and create partner integrations that drive measurable impact.\n\nResilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.\n\nStrong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems.\n\nFor Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $81,000 per year - USD $90,000 per year.\nFor New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $90,000 per year - USD $100,000 per year.\nFor all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
