About the role and team The Tech Transformations team partners with operations, program, and technical stakeholders to identify manual, repetitive work and convert it into scalable automation solutions. The team works across the full lifecycle of automation delivery - from intake and requirements gathering, to design, build, testing, deployment, and production support. The work is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable business impact through automation, efficiency, and better user experience. We are looking for a hands-on Automation Specialist / Power Platform Developer who can translate business needs into practical automation solutions and support delivery end-to-end. This role requires someone who is comfortable working through ambiguity, balancing technical execution with stakeholder communication, and supporting both build and production needs. The ideal candidate should be able to discuss real implementation experience, reason through solution design, and handle automation work with ownership and clarity.
