Through this work, we aim to create long-term impact for our users by continuously improving the quality of our products and features, ultimately delivering experiences that keep users engaged, satisfied, and build trust on the platform.\nBasic Qualifications\n1 year of work experience in Analytics/ Business Intelligence/ Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is mandatory\nPreferred qualifications\n3+ years of professional experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or quantitative analytical role.\n3+ years of hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, wrangling, and analysis across large datasets.\nExperience using Python for data analysis, extraction, and visualization, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Plotly.\nExperience building automated, real-time reporting solutions and interactive dashboards using visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.\nPractical experience applying statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis, classification) and designing/analyzing A/B tests and experiments.\nFamiliarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI applications for data-driven workflows, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).\nExperience using Google Apps Script, Google Colab, Google Sheets, and Google Slides to build custom workflows and deliver technical presentations.\nBackground in customer experience (CX) analytics, including working with metrics such as CSAT, incident/outage user impact attribution, or customer support conversation data.\nExperience partnering directly with Program Management and Operations teams, including working across remote teams and varying time zones.\nDemonstrated ability to translate complex dataset findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.\n For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $113,000 per year - USD $125,000 per year.\nFor Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $113,000 per year - USD $125,000 per year.\nFor all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
