What you’ll do
Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to our top grocery and convenience retailers.
Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity to unlock value for clients while driving internal processes to set partners up for success.
Manage a high-volume sales pipeline with urgency and discipline, staying resilient through long-term negotiations and inevitable setbacks.
Lead contract negotiations that establish sustainable economics for both parties, often with imperfect information or shifting market dynamics.
Collaborate across operations, product, and legal teams to shape proposals and resolve blockers that allow our new vertical initiatives to scale.
Own your results end-to-end, from initial prospecting and pitching to the final stages of partner onboarding.
Basic Qualifications
8
+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or business development with large, complex organizations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working across large data sets to tell a compelling, data-driven story.
Proficiency in managing high-velocity project timelines and multiple stakeholders concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with food delivery, retail, or third-party marketplaces.
Strong systems thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority.
Proficiency in financial modeling and using SQL to drive business decisions.
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing commercial environment.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $223,333 - USD $248,333. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $89,333 - USD $99,333.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $223,333 - USD $248,333. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $89,333 - USD $99,333.
For Miami, FL-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $223,333 - USD $248,333. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $89,333 - USD $99,333.

The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
