This role provides hands-on exposure to client account operations, logistics coordination, and strategic relationship management. Interns will assist in ensuring service excellence, driving retention, and supporting growth initiatives while collaborating with internal teams to meet operational and strategic goals.\nWhat the Candidate Will Do\nAssist in building and maintaining strong relationships with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.\n\nSupport account managers in responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing escalations.\n\nHelp monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments and services.\n\nParticipate in proactive communication and problem-solving to address customer needs.\n\nAnalyze account data and assist in preparing performance reports and recommendations.\n\nGain exposure to pricing strategies, market trends, and Transportation Management Systems.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain-related field\n\nExpected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028\n\nAbility to work in one of the following locations: Rogers, AR or Chicago, IL\n\nAbility to work full-time (40 hours) between June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nAbility to analyze data and create actionable reports\n\nProblem-solving and critical thinking skills\n\nInterest in sales and business development\n\nExperience with CRM tools and Transportation Management Systems (preferred but not required)\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n\nBenefits & Compensation for U.S. Employees\nEmployees working more than 30 hours in the US at Uber Freight are eligible for benefits like a company sponsored health plan, dental and vision benefits, 401k match, financial and mental wellness benefits, parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance and more.
