In this role, you will play a critical part in day-to-day transportation execution, helping ensure freight moves efficiently, service expectations are met, and customers receive a high level of operational support.\nThis role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, working cross-functionally, and building strong relationships with carriers and customers. You will gain exposure to transportation management systems, shipment execution, carrier operations, and customer communication while working alongside a highly collaborative team.\nThis position follows a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and is based out of our Rogers, AR office.\nWhat The Candidate Will Do\nManage daily transportation execution activities for assigned customer accounts\nUtilize Uber Freight’s Transportation Management System (TMS) to support the full shipment lifecycle, including load building, tendering, tracking, and updates\nCoordinate with carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance\nMonitor shipment activity and proactively resolve operational issues, delays, or service disruptions\nSupport appointment scheduling and shipment visibility updates\nCommunicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and operational impacts\nAnalyze shipment and carrier performance trends to identify opportunities for service improvement\nLeverage routing guides and spot market options to support effective freight coverage and transportation solutions\nAssist with resolving shipment data discrepancies and invoice-related issues within the TMS\nDocument and follow customer-specific operational procedures and workflows\nPartner cross-functionally with internal operations, carrier management, and customer support teams to drive successful outcomes\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\n1+ year of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, or a related fieldOR Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, or a related field\n\nIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ year of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, or a related field\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, or a related field\nExperience working within a Transportation Management System (TMS)\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace\nExperience working in a customer-focused operational environment\nBenefits & Compensation for U.S. Employees\nEmployees working more than 30 hours in the US at Uber Freight are eligible for benefits like a company sponsored health plan, dental and vision benefits, 401k match, financial and mental wellness benefits, parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance and more.
