During this two-year comprehensive development program, you will be exposed to multiple Uber Freight services and top-notch customers in many industries, including CPG, Retail, and Manufacturing. You will learn valuable business skills from experienced mentors and will have an opportunity to work in a variety of Uber Freight roles, gaining invaluable business exposure and networking opportunities. Relocation will be required midway through the program to one of our central hubs.\nFollowing the completion of this program, you will be considered for opportunities that best meet your skills, abilities, and professional interests.\nWhat the Candidate Will Do\nAs a Professional Development Program participant, you will experience a broad cross-company crash course designed to cultivate future organizational leaders. Throughout the program, you will engage directly with senior executives through coaching labs and leadership training, learning to embrace agility in response to rapid technological transformations. By tackling difficult assignments and bridging operational gaps across our business lines, you will build a strong professional brand and drive immediate impact.\nBasic Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 \n\nAbility to start full-time in January 2027 or June 2027 \n\nPreferred Qualifications\nKeen interest in growing a logistics and transportation career as shown by coursework, written work, research, internships, etc.\n\nDetail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills\n\nExceptional interpersonal communications (demonstrated ability to develop rapport, garner trust, and build relationships)\n\nProficient Microsoft Suite skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel (Advanced Excel preferred)\n\nStrong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, able to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and action\n\nA high level of business acumen and communications skills to communicate effectively externally and internally, with all levels of employees within any size company\n\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances\n\nCan demonstrate an aptitude to manage difficult situations objectively and rationally\n\nBenefits & Compensation for U.S. Employees\nEmployees working more than 30 hours in the US at Uber Freight are eligible for benefits like a company sponsored health plan, dental and vision benefits, 401k match, financial and mental wellness benefits, parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance and more.
