We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico, someone who thrives on recruiting for a wide range of profiles across completely different functions, including specialized roles within the logistics and freight industry. In this role, you’ll own the hiring strategy and full-cycle execution for your business lines, adapting your approach to each talent market, and contribute to projects that improve how we attract and hire talent across one of the fastest-growing freight technology companies in the world.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles spanning multiple functions (for example, operations, carrier sales, customs and freight brokerage, technology, finance, and corporate roles), tailoring your strategy to the unique profile of each.\nOwn the end-to-end recruiting process: talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance.\nBuild deep knowledge of specialized logistics talent markets, including freight brokerage, supply chain, customs, and transportation, and develop targeted sourcing strategies to reach niche and hard-to-find candidates.\nDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies that build strong, diverse talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.\nPartner strategically with hiring managers to understand the nuances of each role, align on expectations, design tailored interview processes, and drive quality hires across the organization.\nAct as a market advisor to the business, sharing insights on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape for specialized profiles.\nLeverage ATS reports, dashboards, and recruiting metrics to manage pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and present data-backed insights to the business.\nDeliver a consistently positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement at every stage of the process.\nCollaborate with the broader Uber Freight TA team to support process improvements and share knowledge across the function.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree required.\nMinimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and 5 years of total professional experience.\nProven experience recruiting for a variety of profiles across different functions and seniority levels, with the ability to adapt sourcing and assessment approaches to each role in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills to maintain full pipeline visibility across multiple, distinct roles without compromising candidate quality or experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience recruiting specialized or niche profiles, particularly within the logistics, supply chain, transportation, or customs/freight brokerage industry.\nAbility to use recruiting data and metrics to influence business decisions and back hiring goals.\nExperience building partnerships with cross-functional teams (Recruiting, HR, Total Rewards).\nNice to have: Direct work experience in the logistics, supply chain, or customs/freight brokerage industry.
