Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend components.
• Build and enhance web applications and APIs.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot issues in development and production with guidance.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Contribute to improving performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support development of AI-enabled features or integrations (e. g., automation, assistive workflows).

Requirements:

• BS/MS in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of full-stack software development experience.

Backend:

• Proficiency in Java (or a similar backend language).
• Experience building or contributing to REST APIs.
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL; exposure to NoSQL is a plus).

Frontend:

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of API integration and responsive UI development.

General:

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic testing and debugging practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Basic familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e. g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Awareness of how AI/LLMs are used in applications (APIs, simple workflows, automation).

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker or cloud environments.
• Basic understanding of state management (Redux, etc. ).
• Exposure to monitoring/logging tools.
• Awareness of workflow or automation systems.
• Exposure to LLM-based features, such as chat or summarization use cases, prompt-based workflows, and API-based AI integrations.
