About the Role
Uber’s mission is to be the place where people come to Go Anywhere - and in 2026, some of our most important growth opportunities are: (1) enabling older adults to move safely, confidently, and independently and (2) increasing the share of women drivers on our platform to power industry-leading products like Women Preferences.
As a Lead Product Operations Manager, you will help build and scale products that serve rapidly growing, underpenetrated market segments with clear unmet needs. This role sits at the center of vertical product strategy, segmentation, and go-to-market execution, ensuring that experiences designed for women drivers and seniors are effective, operationally feasible, and globally scalable.
Working at Uber in Product Operations means making big decisions without perfect information and owning the outcomes. You will turn complexity into clarity at speed, navigate competing priorities, and lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Policy, and Support. If you think critically, move with urgency, and want to shape the future by solving what’s hard, this is where you’ll grow.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end programs: Lead Product Operations initiatives for women earners and senior-focused mobility from opportunity identification through rollout, iteration, and global scale.
Shape vertical strategy: Partner with Product to define and operationalize segment strategy, use cases, target metrics, and user feedback loops for older adults and women drivers.
Build GTM models: Define go-to-market plans, operating structures, and scalable playbooks that enable products to launch safely and expand globally.
Advise on global feasibility: Evaluate products and features against regional operational realities, regulatory constraints, and local market nuances.
Drive cross-functional alignment: Lead alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Policy, Support, and Operations to ensure high bars for trust, safety, accessibility, and reliability.
Manage complex rollouts: Project-manage end-to-end launch plans, ensuring market readiness across global operations and regional partner teams.
Analyze performance & iterate: Track core product and business metrics to identify adoption barriers, performance gaps, and actionable roadmap insights.
Advocate for the user: Act as the voice of operations and end-users, balancing empathy-driven design with operational rigor and scalability.
