This role will be global in nature, working across Uber’s key global regions US/C, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.\nThe primary mission of this role is to work with Sales stakeholders to provide revenue-scaling recommendations to clients, assist partners with troubleshooting, set-up, and optimizations. Working hand-in-hand with Go-To-Market, Measurement, and 3rd Party Platform partners, this role will be the primary Operations advisor in client-facing strategy calls, responsible for highlighting data-driven insights, and guiding clients on campaign set-up, management and optimization best practices.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with Client Partners, GTM, and 3rd Party partners to assist with planning, strategizing and troubleshooting campaign executions\nAnalyze campaign reporting, performance and metrics, highlighting revenue-scaling recommendations that align with KPIs\nOversee campaign performance, delivery, and benchmarks, contributing to consistent revenue investments from advertisers \nOnboard new advertisers, creating, updating, and sharing training materials + documentation \nPartner in providing technical support for advertisers, working cross functionally with the Go-To-Market teams to ensure operational excellence\nBasic Qualifications\n4+ years of overall professional experience\nBachelor's degree or equivalent\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong knowledge of the programmatic digital landscape - experience with working directly with Advertisers, agencies, or publishers\nComfortable with data crunching and developing a narrative from campaign details and analysis \nAdvanced Programmatic DSP experience - having an understanding of programmatic display buying, and the strategies around itKey DSP Experience: The Trade Desk, DV360\n\nAdvanced client-facing oral and written communication skills\nProblem solver with strong project and time management skills.\nAdequate understanding of Programmatic Ad Operations and campaign management\nFamiliar with troubleshooting and escalation processes\n4+ years of programmatic advertising operations experience\n2+ years of working with DSP platforms\nProactive self-starter who is adaptable and nimble in Uber’s fast-growing advertising business\n For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $118,000 per year - USD $131,000 per year.\nFor New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $131,000 per year - USD $145,000 per year.\nFor San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $131,000 per year - USD $145,000 per year.\nFor all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
