About the Role In the Uber Logistics business, we aim to provide a preferred delivery layer for shippers like e-commerce and retailers by combining nationwide coverage, an integrated last-mile network, and flexible fulfillment to deliver a seamless experience from checkout to consumers. As a Fleet & Retail Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in building and improving logistics solutions across two areas: fleet operations and retail delivery. On the fleet side, you will develop scalable solutions for fleet onboarding, management, and dispatch operations, while improving courier delivery and support experiences. You will work closely with Logistics & Network Ops, Taiwan Earner Ops, CommOps, and Global Product teams to identify operational challenges and drive product and process improvements. On the retail side, you will design and implement delivery solutions for retail shippers in Taiwan, working with Commercial, Partner Engineers, Global Product, and Operations teams to turn new delivery use cases into scalable solutions.
