As a Partner Manager, you will own the account management strategy and campaign execution for top restaurant clients. This role reports to the Head of Global Restaurants.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with Client Partners to develop and handle Uber strategies that deliver on client’s needs and exceed quarterly growth goals\nBuild relationships with key marketing decision makers across global restaurant clients and agency partners\nDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of clients’ marketing goals and challenges and proactively recommend solutions that support them\nJoin internal kick off calls to understand campaign specifications and discuss sophisticated executions\nCoordinate Uber initiatives globally to ensure Uber it providing a strategic, global POV to your clients\nProactively supervise campaign performance to pinpoint, communicate and tackle issues\nCoordinate the launch, management and reporting of campaigns; while proactively communicating updates and setting expectations with all stakeholders\nUncover opportunities to drive better performance and increased investment by delivering data-backed insights and recommendations to our partners\nBring your analytical A-game. Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partners\nBe the voice of the customer and optimally communicate product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams.\nDrive initiatives. You will help build best practice playbooks across our Ads team to drive adoption for our partners at scale. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates\nEmploy critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.\nBasic Qualifications\n4+ years of full-time experience\nExperience in end-to-end Large Customer Digital Advertising Account Management\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience running large-scale ads campaigns and partnering with large, complex brands\nExperience building relationships with brand digital advertising managers and agency partners\nAbility to flex your analytical skills and use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers\nExcellent negotiation, forecasting, communication and problem-solving skills\nSpeed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality who can navigate ambiguity\nFor Chicago, IL-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $145,714 - USD $161,429. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $102,000 per year - USD $113,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $43,714 - USD $48,429.\nFor New York City, NY-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $161,429 - USD $180,000. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $113,000 per year - USD $126,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $48,429 - USD $54,000.\nThe cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.\nAn equity award and other forms of compensation may be included in the offer.
